What Type Is It???   We select pleasant tasting bush honeys, mainly from eucalypt flowers, that are of a light to medium amber in appearance.  We like to keep it pretty consistent but the trees have seasons, and the bees refuse to stay on their allot flight paths so we've decided we'll taste it and if it's nice we'll bottle it! Just like no two apple trees produce exactly the same tasting apples, they have differences in sweetness and texture, same goes for honey! 

Discover the Taste of Real Honey!   We find spots where our bees have plenty of flowers to forage on, and once they have collect themselves, and us plenty of honey, we harvest and extract.  All our honey comes straight from our hives! 

Don't forget we don't blend our honey with dirty foreign honey or add any syrups to make it cheaper. Why would we?  We're way too proud of our Aussie bees and our Aussie honey to sell crud like that!
