Receival/Handling Times;

Our handling times are from 1-3 days from receival of an order through our website sweetleafhoney.com.au. If we foresee a delay we will contact the purchasing customer via contact details on the order and communicate that there will be a delay. If delay not accepted by purchasing customer we will offer a full refund.

Domestic Online Ordering Only; restrictions for TAS & WA.

We do not accept international online orders through our website. We ship domestically within Australia but due to Domestic ‘State’ biosecurity measures we do not currently ship to Tasmania or Western Australia. Orders will be reviewed and processed, if we notice or anticipate any missing information we will contact you prior to shipping. We ship all orders within 2-3 business days.

Price

Prices are as displayed on the website at the time of purchase, and are in Australian currency. We reserve all rights to charge the website prices without prior notice, we will honour any existing purchase before said price change.

Delivery

We use a combination of Courier services and Australia Post and anticipate delivery within 4-7 business days to QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT and 7-10 business days to SA, NT from shipment date. These times are an estimate from the delivery providers, please be aware times can fluctuate depending on location, time of year, weather events and transport exceeding capacity. Sweet Leaf Honey bears no responsible for non-deliveries due to incorrect postal information given and it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the delivery address details given are correct.

We ship and track all orders via Courier or Australia Post. If you would like a ‘signature required upon delivery’ please add it to the note section when checking out. If no-one is home at the time of delivery please ensure you have a safe place to leave your order, as Sweet Leaf Honey or our chosen shipping service do not offer insurance for items damaged, lost or stolen when left unattended.

If an item is returned to Sweet Leaf Honey for any reason, the purchaser will be notified via email and/or phone (text or call) within 7 business days of the item/s arrival at Sweet Leaf Honey’s return address. The purchaser will be responsible for all fees associated with the reshipment of the order.

Payment

We accept payment online by stripe, which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. Sweet Leaf Honey does not have access to your payment information at any time, hence we do have the means or capacity to store or collect any of your payment information. All payments are taken as you place your order, any orders whos’ payment is unsuccessful will not be processed.

Cancellation

Sweet Leaf Honey reserves the rights to not accept any order, or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. If orders are cancelled after payment has been accepted a full refund will be provided to the purchaser, and notification will be sent using contact details provided.

Returns

If any product received is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description or perform its function then a replacement will be offered (please contact us within 5 business days). Or a refund will be processed via the same original payment method used to purchase. Please provide evidence of said fault via email admin@sweetleafhoney.com.au We reserve the right to additionally request you return the faulty product before issuing a refund or replacement for inspection, this will be assessed case by case.

Please note there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind or where you make an error with your order, as honey is a food product we can not ensure that the honey has not been tampered with or opened while not in our custody and hence we can not confidently resell it.

Privacy & Your Information

We’re not interested in sharing your personal data with third parties for the purposes of third-party marketing or advertising. However, we do use email campaigns for marketing at times and will share your information for such campaigns.

Email subscribers

When you subscribe to our email list, we naturally collect some personal information such as first and last name and your email address. This information is used to send you information about Sweet Leaf Honeys’ latest news and offers.
